It should be. When Cain says "everyone" here he is including the media themselves. They made a bad choice between truth and influence and ended up losing both. Or more accurately, they feel the latter slipping away and don't know what to do about it. They can't stop Trump from communicating on his terms, and that means their role as information gatekeeper has just gone the way of the buggy whip.
I can’t read that rag on ANY of my devices. No wonder they have to pimp excerpts, their screens assault you with so much crap you can’t even find the first sentence.

It’s an angry echo chamber for them.
Since I work internationally I have many foreign people ask me why does the USA permit the media to report lies. They can understand how is this allowed. All I can tell them is our freedom of speech allow the media to say what ever they like without fear of reprisal.
