The comment was revealed by model/actress Emily Ratajkowski
The New York Times reprimanded a reporter Monday following an allegation the reporter publicly referred to unfounded rumors about first lady Melania Trump.
The allegations were made public by model/actress Emily Ratajkowski, who said the unnamed reporter repeated unsubstantiated claims about Trump's past in her vicinity at an event Sunday night.

Ratajkowski added the "gender specific attacks" were "disgusting" and "sexist."
In a statement released to NBC, a Times spokesperson did not identify the reporter, but confirmed an incident occurred.
"At a party last night, a Times reporter who does not cover Washington or politics, referred to an unfounded rumor regarding Melania Trump. The comment was not intended to be public, but it was nonetheless completely inappropriate and should not have occurred. Editors have talked to the reporter in question about the lapse."
Earlier this month a Maryland judge dismissed Trump's libel lawsuit against Britain's Daily Mail newspaper over an article that contained insinuations that she had worked as an escort.
Trump refiled the lawsuit last week.
They are such lowlifes.
Warning their reporters to hide their news fakery better.
So they intend to go after her with whispers and innuendo
She won her defamation lawsuit against the blogger in MD and when the judge ruled her suit against The Daily Mail should not be filed in MD, she refiled it in NY where the newspaper has corporate offices
Hope she win $150 million and donates it
Hope the Trumps go,after any slimebag who tries to pull a “ heard it at a party” defense and win or at least make life interesting for the gossiper
I guess this isn’t news because they aren’t naming the reporter. Or maybe the reporter is a rape victim. Or a child. Why else would a news outlet not name the person who calls the first lady a whore.
>>Hope she win $150 million and donates it

I hope she wins too, but I hope she keeps the money for herself and her son.
They have paid a high price for DJT’s presidency. Besides the mental and emotional aspects of the marxist media attacks, they have lost revenue from DJT’s businesses, no presidential salary, divesting and blind trusts attorney fees, legal costs from lawsuits filed by nefarious parties, etc.
It would be hers to keep and donate if she wishes, but I say, she and Barron have “earned” whatever settlement they finalize.
If the same thing were said of Michelle Obama the reporter would have been fired immediately as he should have been in this case!
Scum always rises to the top of the pond, the New York Times is a fetid pond!
Emily Ratajkowski?
Who is she, but I like the pic?
“If the same thing were said of Michelle Obama...”
Just imagine. Michelle Obama as an escort. Next logical question: Servicing what gender?
It was just a private conversation like the one where somebody mentioned grabbing the Pussies of willing Women who throw themselves at Celebrities.
No biggie, right? Not even worth mentioning, right?
Good for Ratajkowski for being disgusted & reporting the woman. Even more striking because she is not, I believe, a Trump supporter.
Not bad, but I like ‘em a little more sturdy.
It's fairly naughty. :)

She should use it to fund and “Ethics in journalism and consequences of libel” chair at the University of Phoenix.
Ms. Ratatat’s “defense” of Mrs. Trump was no defense, it was equally insulting. The media slime are gleeful.
