Recent “protests” against conservative speakers on college campuses have been marred by violence, yet excused and legitimized by mainstream media.

Despite the chilling effect this is likely to have on the expression of conservative viewpoints on college campuses – and potentially elsewhere – the media as well as many politicians and public figures have either condoned the violence or publicly supported it.

If the Ctrl-Left doesn’t pass through that window of accepting the election results, they cement in place the divisions of the most recent election - a set of divisions that will give republicans major gains in 2018. The "mainstream media" has long been weaponized against us. I constantly harp on this point. Our focus ought to be on methodologies we can use to break their monopolistic control over the broadcast systems.

This is what I keep telling people, but most people don't seem to notice how great of a linchpin it is.

In politics, the media is everything. It is the only means by which large numbers of voters can become informed, and we have allowed the left to take over the whole thing and use it to promote left-wing politics.

Absolutely agree. Unfortunately it is tough to start an entire industry from scratch, and with far less money than that possessed by the left.

Also I think playing make believe (acting) for a living tends to be a vocation that more fanciful (leftist) minds are likely to be better at. Not living in the real world has advantages when the goal is to create a make believe world.

Leftist brains tend to be emotive, and I think that is an advantage in producing emotive stories. Analytical people would just make the audiences fall asleep. :)

Don't get me wrong, we have creative people on the right. Just not as many as they have on the left.
