Second of all, the House could "vote" 435-0 against soon-to-be Justice Gorsuch and it wouldn't matter a bit. It's the SENATE that does the approving here.

Does anyone have a link to the chart showing how many Clinton, obama, and Trump secretaries were confirmed during the first and second weeks of office?

Was posted a week or so ago. Shows Clintoon getting all of his week 1, and obama all of his by week 2, but Trump only getting 3 in the course of 2 weeks.
