I say don’t toss him anything. He has a history of appropriating “budgets” for himself. Yes, there will need to be money invested to clean up the inner cities, but one of the BEST ways to clean them up is to eliminate the graft, corruption, and diversion of funds into political pockets - about 98% democrat from what I’ve observed. Remember Katrina? Funds intended for the maintenance of levees went into the pockets of the democrats running NOLA.
