How much do you want to bet that the “hate” part of the charge is about the “disabled” part of the guy, and not the “white” part?
I’m going to be consistent with my longtime position on hate crimes. I don’t think there should be such a thing as a “hate crime.” If you commit a crime against someone, it’s the action you should be punished for, not for “hating” them or whatever other nefarious motive.
I too have a problem with "Hate Crimes". Is the opposite called a Love Crime?
They are being charged for a hate crime on a mentally disabled person.
Democrats honestly can't determine that 8 years of constant, nationally broadcast hatred of Republicans and racist hatred of whites might possibly lead to hate crimes targeting whites. Tell me, again, they all shouldn't be euthanized.
