Today’s litigious society has killed flirtation.

Lucas is several dozen bricks short of a full load.

I was just reading a liberal whackjob professor's blog earlier today wherein he was bashing this guy last month [more than one article, over a space of time].

Werner is an atheist creepazoid that's too far whacked even for the Progressive whacks.

I don’t think a 37 year old asking out a 16 year old who has shown no interest in him as “flirtation”.

Obviously this barista didn’t care for it, otherwise no one would even have known about it... because if he passed her a note asking her out, if she had interest, she would not have gotten the management or the police involved... likewise had she considered it harmless flirtation she would have laughed it off and tossed the note in the garbage.

With that said, I don’t think she is the first, or last teenage girl that has been approached by an older man swinging for the fences in hopes of living out his hs cheerleader fantasy he couldn’t manage in high school because he was too shy or ugly or awkward.

I have a hard time believing these events fall into the flirtation category. Perhaps not illegal by the laws of whatever state they are in, but I have a hard time believing this was a case of a barista flirting for a time and customer reading it wrong... if it had been I doubt anyone but the barista would even know about the note.
