A Colorado elector who refused to cast his vote for Democrat Hillary Clinton may face criminal charges.
Micheal Baca of Denver was one of nine electors from Colorado. The state voted for Clinton Nov. 8.
On Monday, the 24-year-old Democrat wore a T-shirt saying Enough Is Enough and refused to cast his ballot for Clinton. Moments before, Baca had taken an oath pledging to support the winner of Colorados popular vote.
Baca was removed from the panel after he voted for Ohio Republican Gov. John Kasich, and Clinton received Colorados nine votes....

In what way was his protest a “never-Trump” vote? He was supposed to vote for Hillary Clinton, but he refused to do so. Wouldn’t that be a “never-Clinton” vote?

From what I’ve read, all 38 in Texas are going for Trump. Even that jerk apparently decided not to buck the People of the Great Republic of Texas.
Only faithless electors I’ve seen so far are faithless to Clinton.

Well, they did say they weren't asking them to vote for the Hildabeast and to vote their conscious...so I guess their conscious wouldn't let them vote for the 'Beast...
What about the 20 electors that the law professor managed to change? I guess it was all liberal fantasy!
Part of what drives my wife, from Japan, insane is the differences between the state laws - she just can’t understand why it isn’t all federal - despite my many explanations that local is better.
