Germany funded the Clinton Campaign and therefore acted as an external influence during the Election.
Angela Merkel has been caught funneling up to $5 million of German taxpayers money to the Clinton Foundation in an underhanded effort to try to influence the U.S. Election.

Some observers inside Germany believe the German government has some explaining to do for the donation to the Clinton Foundation that appears under the heading “Donors and Grantors”.
“Why does a Ministry supports the election campaign of a U.S. presidential candidate?” blogged Vera Lengsfeld — former civil rights activist and German parliamentarian.
“It seems German taxpayers unwittingly financed Hillary Clinton’s election campaign.”
That's one humongous amt of Australian govt money that fell into the hands of the conniving Clintons.
The Herald Sun needs to dig deeper---to determine if any of that money took a circuitous route then landed back into the personal coffers of the donors. Could have happened like this:

COLLUSION AND CONSPIRACIES GALORE Some $8.9 billion was funneled to Madoff through a dozen so-called feeder funds based in Europe, the Caribbean and Central America......a labyrinth of hedge funds, management companies and service providers that, to unsuspecting outsiders, seemed to compose a formidable system of checks and balances.
But the purpose of this complex architecture was just the opposite: the feeder funds provided different modes for directing money to Madoff in order to avoid scrutiny.
Man, that Paula Marshall was so hot in that ep of “Seinfeld.”
Thought there was a Saudi Prince claiming he gave her $25 million? Guess there’s no attempt to influence there.
Wonder where she got the money for that. I bet the German people would like to know. Wonder how many new seed breeders have had babies over there since they invaded?
What a sad commentary on the past two generations.
I'm willing to bet the more we look into it, the Swedes, Norwegians, Chinese, Saudi Arabians, and a host of other countries were also trying to sway the election for Hillary as well. After all, they had lots of money wrapped up in her through the Clinton Crime Foundation.
They all had real motivations to inject themselves, albeit more clandestinely.
The Russians only did so because they already got a lot from Hillary in the way of one-fifth of all uranium production capacity in the United States. So they were obviously eager to see what they could get from Donald Trump. After all, smart Hillary and her highly educated and well connected friends and big donors wanted to square off with Donald for the easy slam dunk. Why wouldn't the Russians want to propel him to a position to easily reap major benefits from him for the Russian people, and himself, without having to place tens of milli0ns into a bogus charity to get those perks? His thinking was play for no pay!!
I'm sure Putin is very sorry for his involvement, and is praying President Obama does not retaliate as he has promised. They know he is a man of his word.
Seems all the governments in the world have thieves in them that are stealing the public blind. How could it not leave a trail and now one with a conscience report it? I’m guessing the thieves have cliques where they get blackmail material on each other circle jerk style then go to town figuring out how to steal the funds by allocating them to certain faux uses that are handled by their buddies. Meanwhile they set up shell companies that are supposed contractors providing “valuable services” to their country and recieve allocated funding from their buddies who are on certain select committees. And these collussionista have probably never been audited or suspected because they are in the inner circle protected. This BS needs to stop and audits of taxpayer funds need to be done to follow the trail. We’s probably find out real quick why our deficit doubled under Obama.

As a reminder, it is illegal in the United States for foreign countries to try to influence the outcome of elections by funding candidates. That appears not to have stopped the Saudis, however....... or bothered Hillary
“Saudi Arabia provided with full enthusiasm 20 percent of the cost of Hillary Clinton’s election even though some events in the country don’t have a positive look to support the king of a woman (sic) for presidency,” a report quoted Saudi Prince Mohammed as having said.
According to the US Federal Election commission, over the past two years Clinton has raised a little more than $211.8 million. 20% of this sum is $42.4 million.
The report was published (and then mysteriously deleted) on the eve of Prince Mohammed making an official visit to the United States. The Saudi Press Agency reported on Monday that the senior royal was due to fly to Washington where he will meet officials to discuss US-Saudi ties. He will remain in the American capital until 16 June, when he will travel to New York for meetings with financial companies, the Saudi Gazette reported.
Prince Mohammed will discuss regional issues with American officials, and he will hold talks with the financial companies about his vision for diversifying Saudi Arabia’s economy away from oil dependency.
Links between Saudi Arabia and the Clinton family, including with Hillary’s campaign, are well reported. In 2008, it was revealed that the Gulf kingdom had donated between $10m and $25m to the Clinton Foundation, a charity set up by Hillary’s husband and former US President Bill Clinton.
Last year the Centre for Studies and Media Affairs at the Saudi Royal Court paid public relations firm the Podesta Group $200,000 for a month-long project to provide “public relations services”.
The Podesta Group was founded in 1988 by brothers John and Tony Podesta. John Podesta is the chair of Hillary Clinton’s campaign to become the next US president.

B/c Pres Obama and Secy Hillary approved a record $1.4 billion in arms sales to Saudi Arabia.
At the same time Hillary, her husband, her daughter, the Clinton Foundation, her campaign manager (and presumably Obama) were swilling at the Saudi trough, these "tolerant and compassionate Democrats" knew that in Saudi Arabia, homemsexuals are considered criminals and are thrown off buildings; a place where women and minorities have no rights whatsoever....women cannot even drive cars in S/A.

Ironically, the Slavs and Teutons are genetically similar. It's just that the Germanic tribes had Roman, Christian, and Jewish influence to turn them from illiterate mud people who lived in pig $hit for centuries, to intelligent and industrious people....
IN WW II, we had the best Germans fighting for us. Jewish and politically undesirable Germans, as well as three centuries of descendants of German immigrants...the Nazis never had a chance.
Worst case scenario? We fail on D-Day, we bring B-29's over and pound German industry into dust...then drop a few A-bombs on them just to make sure.
Thankfully, Hitler was a military idiot.
