I guess it works like this at the Obama CIA: Whoever is in charge of blabbing “secret” intelligence assessments has only so much time, and he used it all up blabbing to the New York Times and the Washington Post. When a House committee wanted to know what was going on, well, you know, there’s only so much time in the day:

It is possible that the source of the hacking stories is John Brennan (at Obama’s direction) and lower level CIA managers, knowing Brennan’s days are numbered, are simply refusing to back him up.

President Truman did not trust the OSS and its increasing power.
At the end of WWII, he signed an ExO ending the OSS.

It appears that James Clapper refuses to be caught in another act of perjury before Congress.
Because the CIA knows it never happened,and are now either caught lying abut it, or the rags which reported this crap have been found lying.

Send the CIA a note, very polite: Your declination of appearing in front of our committee at this time is fine. We will convene at 9am, Jan 21 and you be there.
I knew you were military when you said 35 days and a wake up........hard to hide our service from other veterans.
They know they were on the verge of committing treason with the lies and opted to back off - even Lynch is now helping them regroup by saying there is no “technical” evidence in the whole scam.
