John Legend is "disappointed" with Kanye West for meeting with Donald Trump.
The 'Love Me Now' hitmaker thinks it was a "publicity stunt" for the rapper - who is also his close pal - to meet the President elect.
He told Clique: "I don't think it's impossible to talk to [Donald Trump] about issues, but I won't be used as a publicity stunt. I think Kanye was a publicity stunt.
"I think Trump has been corrosive, his message has been corrosive to the country. I think the things he's promised to do have been very concerning for a lot of people, and for Kanye to support that message is very disappointing. Whatever's in his mind, I disagree with him."
Meanwhile, Kanye previously took to Twitter for the first time since he was hospitalised for exhaustion and sleep deprivation to reveal he met up with Trump to discuss "multicultural issues".
He tweeted: "I wanted to meet with Trump today to discuss multicultural issues. These issues included bullying, supporting teachers, modernising curriculums, and violence in Chicago. I feel it is important to have a direct line of communication with our future President if we truly want change (sic)."
And Kanye - who has North, three, and Saint, 12 months, with his wife Kim Kardashian West - previously insisted he would have voted for Trump if he had cast a vote in the November election.
He explained: "I told y'all I didn't vote, right? But if I were to vote, I would have voted for Trump. I just said that I would have voted for Donald Trump and then I did a song and y'all sang it at the top of your lungs. That doesn't mean that you're a Trump supporter. That just means you OK with a celebrity having their own opinion. Or that someone else is OK to have their own opinion. That might not be your opinion but you can still like that person or still like that person's music."
Gotta give credit to Kanye on this...not much, but still give him some credit.

Some friends invited us to go with them to see John Legend at the Hollywood Bowl a while back. In between songs he brought out a troop of Black Lives Matter asshats with their fists in the air. Killed the whole mood of the show, even for the liberals that I was with.

I’ll tell you who they are. They are narcissists who want to force others into their way of life. They don’t necessarily believe anything worth believing. They simply want to control and enslave other people. My view of those who chastise the actions and beliefs of their friends for their own benefit need to lose those friends.
63 MILLION people voted for Donald Trump, Mr.’Legend’...you might want to think that through...unlike Cankles; I don’t think you are looking at many fraudulent votes in his total.
Well I agree that no conversation can happen between the two but Legend makes it clear it's him that can't be reasoned with.
