Information was hard to find online in my brief search. I did find who can file and for what reasons i.e. close elections, fraud etc but I couldn't find statuatory deadlines.

Okay, so please help me out then. So because something is my blog, though technically it’s a political news website, I am forbidden from posting it here? But I can post a link to other people’s blogs? If it’s information of interest to the community, what does it matter if I run the website or The American Thinker runs it?
Just post it from the original source and cut out making people link through your blog. Nowhere did I say it was “forbidden”. It is bad form and tacky. Just trying to help you get along at this site. :-)
