Nevertheless, Rep. Steve King, R-Iowa, a member of the House Judiciary Committee has told WND he intends to continue pressing for the House Judiciary Committee to obtain copies of all 650,000 State Department emails found on Weiner’s laptop.

How does the FBI control the NYPD? Other than telling DeCommieo to shut it down.

I know the liberals just want all this to go away.

It seems to me that, now that we have a new administration coming in, that we should pick up with the investigation and see where it goes.

Clearly the FBI investigation was compromised. And that happened for political reasons.

Justice should be administered regardless of who is involved.

I don’t know that Hillary and her people should be indicted. But that decision should be made dispassionately by trained legal professionals, who make these determinations in our criminal justice system.

Pick up where they left off, continue the process which was so abruptly terminated (because she was Hillary Clinton), and let the chips fall where they may.

Not sure how Trump can back away from his “because you’d be in jail”
comment during the debate.

He also pledged to appoint a Special Prosecutor.

Preserve the rule of law. The investigations must continue. Note: I think President Elect Trump needs to refer all questions to AG-designate Jeff Sessions from now on.

I’ve said this before here. When we have an honest and honorable FBI Director AND the same kind of Attorney General, we will get the outcome we expect that will occur for Hillary and company. Whether by direct indictment by the DOJ, a grand jury or whatever. HONEST Americans in charge will do what’s right.

She plays the “I’m too sick to go to prison” card and Obama pardons her on his way out the door.

It started the other day with her appearance in that speech.

Proof that on Jan 20, President Trump should instruct the Justice Dept to appoint a special prosecutor. Now is the right answer a special prosecutor for each separate investigation, or one that handles all?

It would be very difficult for Trump to back away from having his AG appoint an ‘independent counsel’ (AKA ‘special prosecutor’), unless he wanted to offer Hillary a pardon.

Note that a president can impose humiliating conditions on a pardon.

In the case of Nixon, his underlings went down while he himself was not prosecuted. There’s some sense in such a situation as it is would-be henchmen that need the real warnings. By the time someone gets to Hillary’s status, they are old and irredeemable.

No sense in pursuing this until a new DOJ head is installed.

It is best to lay low until Trump is in so there is less incentive for Obozo to grant pardons. Once Trump is in nail her and the rest.

The applicable laws must be applied to the behavior and actions of Antony Weiner and his spouse, Huma Abedin.

Otherwise, it is anarchy and chaos.

I don't think Trump is going to back away from this or the emails, or the ‘spirit cooking’ along with John Podesta and his brother, Robby Mook, and the other trouble maker that is meeting with Soros to try and bring Trump down before he takes his oath of office...

What Trump has said is if his A.G. wants to appoint an independent prosecutor then that will be what happens...

Personally, my gut tells me yes Trump wants it all brought out so we can see how destructive this has been to our Nation, and because this is so bad we have to know about it and let the chips fall where they may...

It was fairly obvious that when FBI “reopened” the email investigation it was for the purpose of seizing the Weiner evidence and issuing gag orders.

NYPD had previously fired a shot across the bow, saying they’d leak the info if FBI didn’t pursue. That’s why nobody has any proof of Assange since 10/15 and WikiLeaks was raided worldwide.

It’s a real problem for Obama because without a Hillary victory there is no option for mutual pardons between the two (as outrageous as that prospect sounds.) That leaves the only “safe” option as a pardon for Hillary limited to for the email/ private server issue. To go beyond that would be tantamount to an admission on Obama’s part that he was aware of additional issues which were and are not under investigation. He may not be the sharpest tool in the shed but he’s certainly capable of understanding the possibility of damage to his precious “legacy” that would result from a blanket pardon.

In addition, the overlap of the Weiner investigation and the emails presents a whole other array of pitfalls (i.e., pedogate, Clinton Foundation, both Clintons, FBI and maybe DOJ.) After January 20 the collusion between the White House and the individuals, entities, and institutions above will be without the necessary power to thwart resumption of the various investigations to come and the meting out of justice.

An independent prosecutor is clearly the way to go. He will need all the necessary investigative tools. He would have to share the laptop evidence so Carlos Danger doesn’t skate free again.
