Hillary said today: I helped start Child Health Insurance.
• She “helped” “start” it exactly how? • What did she do to HELP? • What did she do to START it? • What does it mean to help start, rather than do it? • She did not facilitate, establish it into law, or even propose it.
The title is an oxymoron.

A previous generation of state sovereignty-respecting justices had clarified that Congress’s Commerce Clause powers (1.8.3) do not extend to regulating contracts, insurance based on contracts, regardless if the parties involved in a contract are domeciled in different states.
"4. The issuing of a policy of insurance is not a transaction of commerce within the meaning of the latter of the two clauses, even though the parties be domiciled in different States, but is a simple contract [emphases added] of indemnity against loss." - Paul v. Virginia, 1869. (The corrupt feds have no Commerce Clause (1.8.3) power to regulate insurance.)
As a side note to Hillary’s support of Child Health Insurance, also consider this. Since the states never expressly constitutionally delegated to the feds the specific power to regulate either INTRAstate healthcare or insurance, low-information former Senator Clinton's support for Child Health Insurance is a good example why the states should never have ratified the ill-conceived 17th Amendment.
I’ve noticed at Trump rallies the crowd yells “USA!” and at Hillary rallies the crowd yelling “Hill-ary!” It made me wonder if someone yelled “USA” at a Hillary rally, would the crowd turn and call that person a traitor????
