Dear Director Comey,
We the People of the United States are concerned about the lawlessness evident in Washington D.C.
I understand your agents are working 16 hours a day to review the emails on Anthony Weiners/Huma Abedin’s laptop. We applaud that and hope you find new information so justice can be done.
Regardless what you find, the evidence we already have is overwhelming and indicates at least a Grand Jury be formed or Special Prosecutor be appointed.
On July 5, 2016, you made an eloquent presentation of the facts regarding Hillary Clinton. At the end of your speech we all thought you were going to recommend prosecution to the Attorney General. You balked on the issue of intent.
It is now clear, from many sources, that there was indeed intent to violate many laws. The WikiLeaks and John Podesta emails have provided a treasure trove of information that convey obvious intent to break numerous laws.
I am not an attorney, but from my review of the 18 US Code, it seems there is no doubt there was intent, given what we now know about Hillary Clinton’s behavior.
I submit the following review, which I’m sure you’re well aware of. I'm just presenting this to illustrate how a typical US citizen is perceiving this whole issue. It appears Hillary Clinton violated the following 18 US Code laws:
"1. 18 U.S. Code § 793 - Gathering, transmitting or losing defense information 18 U.S. Code § 798 - Disclosure of classified information"
"2. U.S. Code § 1924 - Unauthorized removal and retention of classified documents or material"
"3. 18 U.S. Code § 2071(b) -- Concealment, removal, or mutilation generally"
Did she intend to conceal emails/documents?
Did she intend to remove emails/documents?
Did she intend to mutilate and destroy emails/documents?
Did she intend to obliterate and falsify emails/documents?
Assuming your answer is yes to the above questions, then is she "Disqualified from holding any office under the United States"?
Other perceived 18 U.S. Code violations:
"4. 18 U.S. Code § 641 - Public money, property or records"
"5. 18 U.S. Code § 1505 - Obstruction of proceedings before departments, agencies, and committees"
"6. 18 U.S. Code § 1519 -- Destruction, alteration, or falsification of records in federal investigations"
"7. 18 U.S. Code § 1031 -- Fraud against the United States 18 U.S. Code § 1343 - Fraud by wire, radio or television 18 U.S. Code § 1346 -- Definition of "scheme or artifice to defraud" 18 U.S. Code § 371 - Conspiracy to defraud the United States"
"8. 18 U.S. Code § 371 - Conspiracy to commit a federal offense
With each law broken multiple times, there are indictable offenses galore. According to Rudy Giuliani, there are at least 16 separate felonious violations of U.S. Federal Code, and many multiple counts therein.

We the People think Hillary Clinton is guilty of perjury, obstruction of justice, conspiracy to commit obstruction of justice, multiple violations of the espionage act, conspiracy to commit multiple violations of the espionage act, and lying to the FBI.
We the People are also very concerned about the permutations and the potential illegalities involved with the Clinton Foundation. A whole separate issue which I’m sure you’re investigating.
We the People are very frustrated, aggravated and disappointed. That’s a nice way of saying we’re mad as hell. We’re especially concerned about the last sentence of 18 US Code A 2071 (b) Is Hillary Clinton "Disqualified from holding any office under the United States?" This is a sincere question from a citizen who assumes we are a nation of laws. We want to know why Hillary Clinton is above the law. We're either a nation of laws, or we are not.
Please do your best to thoroughly review the material you have and do the right thing.

If you are looking for a grand jury, you are talking to the wrong guy. The DOJ sets up the grand jury. Comey cannot waive a wand and make that happen.
There was no doubt as to her intent back in July.
She purposely set up a private server to which the storage and transmission of her State Department emails would be exclusively dedicated.
She knows that Secretaries of State necessarily deal with classified matters on a daily basis.
She knew from her experience on Senate committees what classified information is, and how to recognize it.
She had 2,093 instances of classified material in her personal server, over a period of months and years.
Maybe she could argue the first time or two she was merely careless, as Comey claimed. But not the tenth time, or the hundredth time, or the thousandth time, or the two thousandth time.
Comey lent his reputation for integrity to the corrupt task of whitewashing the investigation into Hillary Clinton and agreed with the Justice Department to sabotage it by not using a grand jury or search warrants and freely giving immunity agreements for nothing in return, among other things.
Comey is the same person now he was in July, but a revolt within the FBI and the promise he made to Congress to tell them if the investigation was re-opened forced his hand.

I just hope Comey isn't just jerking our chain and trying to placate his coworkers but still do nothing. I don't think his fellow FBI guys are going to put up with that. I hear it's a virtual civil war there according to sources that have talked to Hannity and others.

Right now, I’m sure Job One for Comey and the DOJ is to try to limit knowledge of what they are learning in the new batch of emails to a small group of FBI agents who are in on the fix and won’t leak it to the press before election day.
Everything is geared toward dragging Hillary across the finish line.
After that, if she falls dead of Parkinson’s disease or is impeached and put in prison, who cares, the Democrats will still control the vast apparatus of the Federal Government, including the DOJ, the IRS, etc and will have the U.S. Soviet Media on their side.
He can at least be on record as recommending it, even if Lynch turns it down. I do hope he does that or recommends a special prosecutor.
This whole thing still has to be dealt with, even is somehow she is elected. They just can't 'drop it' if she's elected.
