Hillary Clintons presidential campaign is raising questions about the timing of the FBIs release Tuesday of records on a 15-year-old investigation into President Bill Clintons pardon to fugitive financier Marc Rich.
The FBI posted the 129 pages of records in its online Freedom of Information Act reading room in apparent response to a FOIA request seeking information on FBI inquiries into the Clinton Foundation.
The release was dated Monday, but an FBI Twitter account flagged the new posting Tuesday.
The Clinton campaign, which is already at odds with FBI Director James Comey over his disclosure of new evidence in the Clinton email probe, immediately questioned why Clinton-related records were being released just a week before the election.

Don’t do shady and illegal things = no FBI investigations.
Oh Say Can You Shill... 90 second videoAn Ode to Queen HillaryBleachBit, hammers and public lies, oh my;
The stench of her YouTube Benghazi alibi.
Perverts and bimbos with Weiner & Slick Willy,
Hills character & judgements truly quite silly.
Syria, ISIS, and her Middle East ablaze,
Muslim Brotherhood still advises her ways.
A slush-fund foundation built on pay-to-play,
Dead broke to uber rich, the Clinton way.
Head trauma, amnesia and 13 devices, Hills cleaners excused with FBI passes.
Rule of law and blind justice bounced on its ass, Tricky Dick Nixon is surely aghast.
For America to remain the home of the brave,
We must not elect her or we dig our own grave.
The FBI’s Revenge? Cool. Everyone knew Rich’s pardon was all about money. Money, money, money.
Didn’t she demand the FBI release everything to the public?
Because inquiring minds want to know how much the Clinton Family Crime Syndicate got from Marc Rich, one of the world’s wealthiest men, for his pardon. After all, Hillary told us they were “flat broke” when they left the White House. We find that hard to believe.
Have there ever been this many October Surprises. And, the Irony, big ones from the Feds themselves.
Why, yes! She did!
Perhaps the Feds don’t want to be put under the thumb of a criminal enterprise?
bttt
Sounds like the guys & gals at the FBI heeded the warnings from the peasants about the need to "spill" on the Clintons before the election...
Their the ones who should be answering questions, not asking them.
Maybe someone in the FBI thought we needed a reminder that one of Marc Rich’s attorneys was John Podesta’s buddy, PETER KADZIK. Kadzik is now Assistant Attorney General, and is heading the DoJ investigation into the Hillary Clinton email case.
By ordering an expedited review of the Weiner-Abedin email hoard, Kadzik is “selecting the timing of investigative steps to affect an election.” As such he s violating DoJ policy, but strangely no Democrat’s are complaining. FBI Director Comey did not violate the policy (clearly, his letter to the Judiciary Committee is not an “investigative step” as specified in the memo), yet the Democrats are screaming for his head.

I can’t wait until she loses, not the least of the myriad of reasons being that we won’t have to hear from her or her syncophants any more.
I dunno, you might still get one if your high profile enough. Of course you'd be cleared if you aren't doing shady and illegal things and that would be that. On the other hand, multiple FBI investigations would be easy for an ethical person to avoid.
I’ve been sayin’ that choosing to go to war against the FBI is a dangerous game for the democrats.
She asked for it.
If Bill Clinton did nothing wrong, then why would they care if the documents are released, hmmm????
Very...very good question! You win the internet today!
