With only a few days to go before the election, the political world has erupted Friday when the FBI decided to reopen their case on Hillary Clinton's private email server. While details of scarce, several theories have emerged. The best theory we've heard is this: James Comey was forced into reopening the case. If the FBI director hand hadn't been forced, the entire government would be brought down. Basically, this whole thing was to protect Obama -- in other words, they're maybe sacrificing Hillary to save Obama.

I think there is some major stuff coming out in the next few days of leaks, so major it cannot be ignored and even the MSM will have to cover it. I believe this was done so that everyone in the gubermint and therefore also the MSM will have the excuse that they cannot comment on an ongoing investigation. The Cone of Silence will descend.

But, the posting in this article has an interest twist: the FBI can't use the NSA's cache to prosecute Hillary, because it's illegal domestic surveillance.
However, if they can develop that source independently (i.e. Weiner's phone), they can use that evidence. This is standard operating procedure in law enforcement: even if you can't use the evidence in court, it can point you in the right direction.

He was certainly forced, but the reasons can be many. The most important thing is the evidence must be bullet proof and directly implicate Hillary otherwise he would have held it until after the election.
Kim Dotcom twittered on the 26th, as a “happy birthday” to Hilly (included congressional members), WHERE the deleted emails could be found. He also sent a twitter to Wiki that said “you’ve got mail”. Kim claims the info he has provided to congress, etc. would give them a LEGAL way to get Hilly’s deleted emails. He doesn’t “have” them in the sense that he would release them. His tweet to Wiki either gives them the key to the NSA cloud or maybe Wiki has gotten the emails somehow (Wikileaks is a publisher of info, not hackers themselves .... they have made sure to point that out this week). Kim has also tweeted yesterday “I’m indicted. I’m on bail. I have personally not hacked anybody nor have I done anything unlawful. But I’m on a mission.”
Back to the 26th - Kim tells Congress where to find the deleted emails ... all 7 years worth & the NSA purportedly has them all in their ‘cloud’. He gave them the program & purportedly the key to Hilly’s emails. On the 28th, Comey sends his letter to Congress.
A big “Hmmmmmm.....” at the very least.

The theory makes sense... except for one thing. This idea of taking out Hillary as the Dem candidate in order to protect Obama. Obama won’t be president in 3 months. Winning control over the next 4 years (by winning this election) is more important to the Dems than protecting Obama for the next 3 months. Yes, I know they hold him up like he’s a god, but he’s already a lame duck. If Hillary loses, the Dems might not recover for years - especially if Trump turns out to be a very successful president.
I love reading body language, and these people are in panic mode right now. They thought this had all been taken care of. BLINDSIDED. It's possible they can apply a tourniquet, but I think someone big is going to fall.
