Those are some of the most aesthetically challenged females I’ve seen in one place since grad school (and I’m a female btw).
That was definitely scripted. It sure as heck wasn’t a “flash mob”.
The dancing was choreographed and rehearsed. There was a big crowd waiting ahead of time on the side to watch.

If I stop and freeze the action, I casually count about 5 out of 25 AA women in the mob. The remainder appear to be middle class white (and I presume either largely single or diverced).
Is this (20%) a high enough ratio of AA voters to non AA voters to ensure that Hillary wins nationwide?
Alternatively, does it imply a relatively subdued turnout of non AA Hillary voters?
