VANCOUVER - An activist organization's campaign to keep Donald Trump out of the White House is spilling across the border into Canada as the group ramps up efforts to convince U.S. voters living abroad to cast ballots during next month's presidential election.
More than a dozen people gathered in front of Trump Tower in downtown Vancouver on Wednesday afternoon waving anti-Trump placards and trying to persuade American expatriates to register to vote and to defeat the Republican candidate for president.
The event is part of a larger push by Avaaz, a U.S.-based global activist group, aimed at mobilizing American citizens living around the world. The project targets key cities with high concentrations of U.S. residents....

To be honest, it’s a pointless exercise, surely any American who chose to live in Canada would be a Democrat anyway, unless they were forced to come up here by their employers.
This was the same with Reagan, 90% of people in other western countries ritually dumped on Ronald Reagan and only very much after the fact came to see him as a successful president — and it probably did not change their dislike of anything remotely conservative or pro-American.
You should try living in this country as a pro-American conservative, it ain’t easy baby (but I do it anyway because I respect your borders).

But word to the wise, if you want Canada to have a certain kind of government, loudly and boorishly advocate for the exact opposite because that’s how things are done up here, we go in the opposite direction to anything we hear from south of the border. It would work perfectly if the NRA endorsed Justin Trudeau and called for no pipelines. Try it, we’ll be free in no time.
Yes, and as well there are paid ads for EXPATS in Mexico to go and vote, to stop Trump.
The demodogs try this every election and don’t realize that many ex-pats don’t want to be found. They don’t want the IRS to have an address.

We travel up there, and have noted they get CNN and other major US news networks. I assumed the news would be geared mainly towards Canadian current events. WRONG!
I had a conversation with a Manitoba businessman a month ago that claims to be a conservative, he said “obama has done great things for the US”.
Now with only the propaganda the MSM puts out up there, I’m suspecting the expats are no different.

AMERICA?
