You know, you gotta hand it to a people (Koreans) who lived for thousands of years between the Dragon (China) and the Samurai (Japan) and survived. Yes, the Koreans are amazing people. And they live their lives under the shadow of a murderous kook just to the north. That kook who just tested a nuclear bomb and is preparing for another test... who may soon have the ability to lob nuclear missiles anywhere (thanks, Bill Clinton!). It's hard to imagine living with that kind of threat just a few miles away.

If you aren’t eating WHAM, you’re not eating ham - or something like that....

It's not too bad when pan fried and part of a toasted sandwich.

I like it like that. And it also comes in a nice variety pack, from Hawaii:

Teriyaki sounds like it might be kind of good.
I don't think I've ever tried Portuguese Sausage. From what I gather, it is another one of those Hawaiian things.

I got one of those delivered thru Amazon, last month. Haven’t tried any of them yet. Port sausage and Chorizo are spicy & hot. As soon as I get rid of this flu, and can taste food again, I’ll be trying some.
