Hawaii’s new law requires current and future gun owners to register in the FBI’s “Rap Back” system.

This law is in direct violation of the US Constitution. The SCOTUS's decision in Haynes vs US (1968), as with many other 5th amendment cases, felons and others prohibited from possessing firearms could not be compelled to incriminate themselves through registration.
