If there’s one truism about college students, it’s that they’re awash in near-endless piles of cash. Oh wait. Hang on. That’s not it. It’s that they’re perpetually broke, eating fifty-cent Ramen Noodles in their dorm rooms or scraping by in ramshackle shared housing just south of fraternity row. Once you factor in books, beer, gas and tuition it’s hardly surprising that they don’t normally have any expendable funds.
Clintons don’t care about any of that. If the Clinton Foundation pay-for-play scandal teaches us anything, it’s that your worth lies in your ability to give her the Clintons the filthy lucre they crave. If you’re broke, you’re “little people.” You don’t count. Pay up, and the they suddenly become the best friends you’ve ever had.
Clintons=Penn State=Jerry Sandusky....I get it now...
For $2700 you can probably get something much nicer than Chelsea Clinton.
Good thing Chelsea (Hubbell) proclaimed she didn’t like money (I guess so since she gets $6 million from the Clinton Foundation). Otherwise it would cost you much more than $2700.

It is great though, that the students running the Daily Collegian have the decency to oppose a proposed Celebration of Paterno this season, AND object to the cost of the Chelsea event.
Speaking of Chelsea, I happened to be at the Walmart in State College on Wednesday when the jets carrying the Chelsea entourage flew in for her visit (the airport is just a couple miles from the end of the runway, in the flight path). How many huge AF jets do you think the daughter of a former president needs to do a fundraiser? How about FOUR! I know she gets Secret Service protection, but really? Four monster jets? I'd probably hate to see what a Presidential visit would take. All I could see were Dollar signs, saying “Our tax dollars at work”. I wonder who audits the ‘former’ first families use of government transportation?

If they want anything from a Democrat Politician, all they have to do is pony up enough CASH....
