You are not aware that Obamacare has destroyed everything in its wake.
Workers Comp is a disaster and you can't collect for years in some ac cases and insurers are going bankrupt sticking them with bills and the regulations are changed retroactively back a year in some cases leaving you with no payment .

Everything privately owned is being wiped out as it was intended .
