Brexit hasn’t happened yet. The Tories responded to the Popular demand for it by electing as PM a pro Euro politician. I am betting there will be another referendum to ask are you really sure? and if that goes against the pols there will be another referendum ad infinitum. All the negotiating for the terms of the exit that is deemed necessary will end up locking the door before the exit can actually happen.
