Georgia also has a very bad habit of mixing in Constitutional referendums with elections. I ALWAYS vote no, no matter what they say because they are always convolutedly worded to make the reader think what they would vote for is good - actually, bad more often than not.

Why? Because the referendums are always weaseled into the election slates by slime balls and weasels who have some ideological grudge or money to make. Screw them. If they want the changes so bad, do it the way it was intended.
