It is hard to believe Obama will not, at some point, pardon Clinton for any crimes she may have committed
There has been very little discussion about the power of the president of the United States to issue pardons in relation to Hillary Clinton and her use of personal servers. The decision of FBI Director James Comey, quickly affirmed by Attorney General Loretta Lynch, that Clinton would not be indicted for any crimes she may have committed regarding classified information, shocked a lot of people but it should not have. All Comeys statement did was make it official that under Barack Obama, the USA has officially become the U-BRA, the United Banana Republic of America.
But in the end, Comeys decision made absolutely no difference. No matter what he and Lynch did, Hillary was never going to see the inside of a jail cell.
Can a pardon be issued for crimes never indicted or convicted of? I doubt it as that would open an entire can of worms.
How can you give blanket absolution for any and all crimes?
What if they found she was guilty of murder? Would she be automatically pardoned?
Fearless prediction: if Trump is elected, she will receive a full pardon from Obama on November 25, while half the nation sleeps off its turkey, and the other half riots in electronics stores. It will give a new meaning to the phrase “Black Friday.”
Absolutely right on target.
However, I believe she is and will remain GUILTY in the “Court of Public Perception”.
He already has, but just not in the usual manner.

That's exactly how Ford pardoned Nixon.
Nixon was neither indicted, nor convicted of a thing when he was pardoned by Ford. The precedent was set long ago...

Not quite. Nixon was actually charged with obstruction of justice, abuse of power and contempt of congress, formally, by the House Judiciary Committee.
And imho he was Wrong
No...he'd only have been charged by impeachment by the whole house. He was never impeached, only threatened with it.
Mine too and it probably cost him the election in 1976.
