Cops will get a paid vacation and then be let off scott free for this murder.
After listening to the local NAACP president scream, I wonder how loud he screams every weekend when blacks kill blacks, whites, hispanics? Black Lives Matter is nothing more than an anti cop group pissed off that so many black men get arrested, not at all worried about their extreme crime rate that causes those arrests. I hate this for the cops!

I expect more out of the cops as we pay their salaries, and in order to have the job, they must take an oath to uphold the Constitution.
To the best of your ability (I know it’s difficult to see), focus on the man’s right arm. He was clearly reaching for his pocket while he was on the ground. The cops told him to stop, and he continued. Does he have to get a shot off before the cops are allowed to respond?
It may have been a bad arrest but if blacks are going to play the racist card it is going to further divide this country.
This video does indeed look damning, but all it takes is a hand in a pocket and a flick of a wrist and a person that is on top can wind up with bullets in their torso.
I want to know more about the situation, but there is little doubt on its face this indeed looks bad for the police.
It won’t matter what the reality is though, as perception is all that is needed in the court of public opinion.
I do agree being combative with police is never a good move EVER.
Sadly we live in a time where folks have little respect for the police and police in turn are conditioned to presume the worst in every situation because of this. Sadly this leads to a lot of bad things across the board.
The one where you resist an armed authorities plain commands to STOP and continue to fight with them on the ground struggling to subdue you.

You do anything other than what a cop tells you to do, there is a great chance it will end badly. It doesn’t matter how “good” of a person you are, they are trained to deal with filth....and survive. Don’t try to explain what is going on. Comply, comply, comply. Don’t tell them what you are going to do...do what they tell you to do. Nothing more, nothing less.
Don’t matter much what your skin color is, blood is red.
Oh, and don’t be standing out front of a store selling CD’s illegally branishing a weapon. The cops knew he was armed and dangerous going in.

I seem to recall an incident in a parking lot for, IIRC, Costco where multiple cops were shouting conflicting orders.
