Anybody ever thought about rewording the Bill of Rights / Constitution?

I've been wondering what our most hallowed documents would be like if they were to be reworded for modern times, so as to prevent another zer0 in the future.

How would a modern First Amendment read, or a modern Second Amendment?

I've been thinking about this purely as a thought exercise. It would also include things on making voting rules for the house and senate more strict, to prevent schmucks like Rubio from keeping their seat for long, before being automatically removed for dereliction of duty and losing the public trust.

Leave the citizens alone or be ready to accept the consequences of not doing so. End Of Story.

No offense, but whatever words are there, will always be able to be interpreted 180 degrees different than originally intended, if your desire is to do that.

All that is necessary is to forbid the use of the word “person” to mean any form or representation of any kind of corporate entity.

That’d do it.

I mean, these are the guys who invented abortion rights into an amendment that said absolutely nothing about sbortion.

You think rewording is going to prevent it? And who is goingmto stop them misinterpreting it if they want to?

The liberals are re-wording it every day, but without changing a word.

They are changing the meaning of words themselves and language itself.

And, for the younger generation that has not challenged what they've been taught, it's working.

They have successfully made sense look like evil, and evil look like common sense.

They have also cut off the thought process ... to even think, to consider ... will take your mind across some one of the now thousands of hate crimes, because to think is to distinguish.

The evil happening is happening at a level BELOW and BEFORE language. It's at the pre-cognitive where symbols are created, not where they are picked and arranged.

i) islam as it is antithetical is outlawed.
ii) no muslim immigration
iii) sleepers families get whacked if a family member engages in terrorism. Extended family too., no, clan and mosque members go too. The price has to be high.

The other problem with o is many , many manymanymany people knew and aided his ascent by hiding truth and agenda. This occurred in both parties...and up to the supreme court. Yes, there was a coupe and many seeds have been planted and the future has been altered.

All of this has to be walked back, if it’s not too late.

I have. My new versions goes as such, though likely not acceptable for younger audiences:

The government, is such exists, shall leave citizens the @*)# alone to live thier lives as they shall so chose with no interference.

The Preamble to the Constitution should include a statement that it “has more electrolytes”.

Seriously, it means what the media’s advertisers tell them to say it means.

EG: The new sex pervert rights are an abomination of every author and ratifier’s intent and language.
But perverts are big bucks for the media.

That’s anathema to a free country.

As HL Mencken said, “The voters deserve to get what they want, and they deserve to get it good and hard.”

Sure, liberals have been wating to reword, if not out right burn those documents, for over a century.

I can appreciate the desire to reword it for the modern 21st century. But the failure is not not in the words, or their 18th century meaning.

The failure is in our government controlled education system.

Let’s change that instead.
