Per capita student spending is meaningless. I’d love hard numbers on how much is actually being spent on the classroom. Not retirement funds or benefits or even buildings, how much is actually going into the classroom.

Books, electricity and, gosh, what else? Teacher training days to use one of the 31 gender terms when speaking to students? How to identify unintentional bullying?

No need to worry about truancy or education when you have a career of welfare queen or drug dealer already waiting for you.

Abolish welfare and legalize street drugs. You’ll soon see academic performance soar.
