The FBI is set to question Hillary. Regardless of Clinton Foundation, RICO, Pay To Play, etcc.. Hillary has already admitted to 1. Having a private Server 2. Destroying emails she claimed were personnal. 3. Failing to return all emails/documents to State Department upon her moving.
What could she possibly say to exonerate herself on those charges? Nothing. Why has this taken so long? My take is her illness is starting to hasten this weekend. Maybe she won't even make it to the interview. Huma threw her under the bus with the limited info she recently provided. Bill threw her under the bus with the public meeting with Lynch. Hillary is out of time. She is out of lies. She is starting to feel the polls rise against her. Real Americans are pi$$ed. Any thoughts

Rush was theorizing that BJ's game is to force Lynch to appoint a special prosecutor, thereby delaying any resolution of the case until well past the election. Lynch has already gone to court seeking a 27-month delay for the release of the Clinton Foundation emails.
She will take the fifths and refuse to answer

She could say the other people were lying in their diaries.
And she could add “Who hired Craig Livingstone”
They have been putting a lot of high profile people in jail for lying to the FBI over the last few years and Hillary really can't distinguish the truth from a lie. If she and her attorney are smart they will say that and then say that is why she has to take the 5th to any question. Then when she gets under stress and starts a coughing fit, they will demand the discussion be stopped for medical reasons.
The evidence that the FBI has on her from passing along insider trading information to her son-in-law, Clinton Foundation corruption and money laundering, to foreign agents hacking her unsecured email account with classified information on it, should give the FBI a lot of pointed questions for Hillary to contemplate.
After this weekend she will know the evidence they have against her.
I fully expect that Bill or WJC will be making a bargain with the Big Zero over and Executive Pardon for Hillary. The question will be if this all takes her out of the Presidential campaign. Only the Big Zero can do that as a condition of executive pardon. DOJ doesn't have the guts, the Democratic Party elite don't have the guts.
When the FBI talks to you, they have a pretty good understanding of what has happened and they have the evidence to prove their narrative. When they ask you questions, they already know the answers. If you lie, you become guilty of obstruction of justice for which in the federal courts returns a guilty plea or a jury decision. You are screwed. and at least you go to the Martha Stewart Retreat for Wayward Elites.
If you refuse to answer, then the FBI can move forward on the evidence that they already have and demonstrate that you are an organized criminal operative and you will either go down in court or in the court of public opinion. Not good, unless you care less about public opinion.
The only escape from this situation is when those who control the government are in cahoots with what you are doing and subvert the justice system to rescue their fellow co-conspirator. Most informed observers expect this to be the outcome with Hillary Clinton. They forget the outcome of the French Revolution when the people got fed up with the French Aristocracy and turned their anger into a frenzy of blood.
Let them eat cake, says Hillary.

The FBI is looking for contradictions in the story Herself has been telling so far. The fact is, they have perhaps found many already, and are just further ensnaring Herself. Remember, Scooter Libby was not convicted for actually causing a compromise to security in the Valerie Plame “outing” at CIA, it was the inconsistencies in his story that earned him the prison sentence (which was commuted by Bush 43).

And you fry.
And Herself is a practiced and congenital liar. Unable to distinguish the truth from falsehood any more.

High profile like this, they aren’t going to ask her any question that they don’t already know the answer too.
They have her already if they want. It’s just a matter of lying to the FBI and obstruction of Justice.
I have a feeling it doesn’t even matter what she says.
The decision to exonerate her has already been made.
She will walk and be glided into the White House.
But remember this one thing:
If she can get away with breaking the law because she’s someone politically important, then the well-known Rule of Law that America stands for is dead.
Dwell on that...
Then ask yourself, aside from God above, for what reason do you obey the laws of this government?
The whole damn societal contract we have with our country has been thrown away.
I contend we are not obligated to obey them either.
Following the law has gone from being the right thing to do to simply not getting caught.
