“No Fly, No Buy.” Why?

Perhaps it is the "No Fly" list itself that we should be investigating?

The latest version of the Democrats strategy of denying constitutional rights and due process in the race for a socialist utopia with them in control—is “No Buy, No Fly.” The contention is that anyone on the “No Fly” list should not be able to purchase a gun. No conviction, no due process, no appeal, no knowledge of why you are on the list, no way off the list, and it’s all shrouded in government secrecy, as is all future control of your life.

But consider this…

Perhaps it is the 'Rats themselves we should be investigating. Let's start with HIllaryous Rotten Criminal. Oh, wait…

You would use the law to oppose socialism? But it is upon the law that socialism itself relies. Socialists desire to practice legal plunder, not illegal plunder. Socialists, like all other monopolists, desire to make the law their own weapon. And when once the law is on the side of socialism, how can it be used against socialism? For when plunder is abetted by the law, it does not fear your courts, your gendarmes, and your prisons. Rather, it may call upon them for help. - Bastiat

Liberals, who claim to embrace diversity, favor a rule that overwhelmingly deprives Muslims of their individual, God-given constitutional rights.

Conservatives, who are described by liberals as racists, know that “no fly, no buy” targets Muslims, but they still object to the violation of individual Second Amendment rights.

Conservatives have values, while liberals only want to grab power over others. I’m proud to be a conservative.

Given the abuse of Democrats, it is not a common sense proposal. They had an instance of a kid (under 12) on the no-fly list with no history of problems. Probably a case of mistaken identity but it underscores the problems of a bureaucracy with limited controls and supervision over our rights.

Democrat Senator Edward M. Kennedy was once denied an airline ticket because someone with a similar name was on a no-fly list.

Sen Chappaquidick was a danger to others and should have been on the “don’t ride with him” list.

The no-fly list is just one of many “big data databases” that give hope to the best and the brightest who want to do what is best for the rest of us.

Central Planning and Socialism argue that some people are more enlightened than others and hence should make decisions for the rest of us. But Central Planning fails more while the messy invisible-hand fails less. Central Planning fails because the best and the brightest lacked all the information. Now with BIG DATA DATABASES, the Socialists believe that they will now be able to more effectively plan society.

Both EU and Obamacare are based on the hope that technology will make Socialism effective. As an example, look at the HHS/CMS/CDC spending on BIG DAT to impprove our healthcare by making the best decisions for our lives.

Only about 1000 names on the no fly list are Americans. So why are the rest even in the US? The list is the problem not guns.

“Are you sure?”

ABSOLUTELY.

It is another backdoor attempt by the POS socialists/criminals to expand a method for denying 2A rights. They’ll keep pushing, pushing, pushing. WHO can stop them?
