Bernie fans, the Democrat elite is laughing at you. Oh sure, they talk a good game about how the Sanders campaign was “good for the party” or “a sign of strength and diverse ideas,” but deep down you know the truth. You socialist mooks are, at best, a sideshow act - and you always have been. Bernie was never going to be allowed to take the nomination, because the DNC was always in the tank for Hillary.
Your opinions didn’t really matter. It was “her turn.” She was selected and you were all just pawns in a grand piece of political theater.
Most Bernie supporters (and most other Americans for that matter) do not really understand the meaning of socialism or of capitalism.
Bernie knows socialism, but is confused about capitalism, having been sucked into the lie that globalism and capitalism are one-and-the-same.
This is totally false. Globalism is much closer to socialism than to capitalism. But shhhh!! Don’t tell Bernie!
In any event, many of Bernie’s supporters are anti-establishment and anti-globalist, without being doctrinaire socialists. Hurray. They will be more than welcome on the Trump train.
Tell us something we did not all ready know.
Socialism and Capitalism? That’s easy, Capitalism, become an entrepreneur invest and take risks like Trump then make tons of money. Socialism, work for the Government like Bill and Hillary and make tons of money by just being there and knowing the right people.
The whole system, both sides, is rigged and needs a total overhaul. Lock and load if necessary.

No, he doesn't. Bernie has always looked at socialism through rose-colored glasses, and has no idea what it really means.
Socialism can only be implemented through heavy authoritarianism. When there is no reward for hard work, very few people will work hard.
Socialism has failed EVERYWHERE it has been tried on a large scale. The only place it has survived for any amount of time is in places that have a large source of external income to feed the beast -- meaning the rest of the world pays for it.
And even then the redistribution is uneven: the politically connected get the most and best. Even now, there is a very small set of people in Venezuela that are living a life better than most of us.
Bernie’s probably the only one in the country who didn’t know this.
You are most astute, unlike the people Lyndon B. Johnson always called “mah fellow Americans”.

I think you give him too much credit. He is an unreconstructed communist who had close ties to the USSR and doubtless still has those ties to the surviving international communist movement. HE KNOWS EXACTLY WHAT IT’S ABOUT . . . the tyranny you describe.
HE WANTS THAT.
But he will never admit it to his clueless supporters. That is a key tenet of Fabian Socialism: NEVER ADMIT WHO YOU REALLY ARE.
