#NeverTrump is fading into the sunset… now relegated to a few tassel loafered pockets of resistance….and social media trollers. The Anger babies, if you will (a phrase coined by my friend Anthony Adams, I liked it so I stole it). These folks like Ben Shapiro, Bill Kristol, Paul Ryan, etc… believe themselves to be intellectually superior to all of us. They represent purist of the pure… the self-appointed guardians of conservatism, who for the most part are the biggest hypocrites on the planet.

Actually a caller asked Rush why he didn’t just go ahead and endorse Trump? He wouldn’t, said he never wants to get involved in these things before the ticket is set. Right.

If you want to get a real good laugh, check out ‘The Conservative Hammer’ Facebook page. It has over 67k ‘likes’ for some reason. These people are losing their minds. So much anger and denial on display. I must admit though, what used to be every single post being a anti-Trump rant, it’s now 1 out of 4 or so...

Rush has always said that he never endorses a candidate prior to the official nomination. He also has said that he gets in trouble every election for not making an endorsement—everyone assumes he is for the “other” candidate when he does not overtly promote “their” candidate.
We’ll have to see what happens after the convention. That is when Rush, by his own standards, is free to endorse.
I see Rush and Trump as very similar men in some respects.
Rush has been a major disappointment. What a waste of 20 years listening to him.

He never issued an official signed endorsement for Cruz but anyone that listened to his constant Trump Trashing could come to no other conclusion. His refusal to endorse Trump yesterday when a caller challenged him to make the endorsement he Rush laughed him off by quoting Clinton.
He noted the race isn't over yet and that Cruz picked up all the Washington delegates.
I have been a loyal Rush listener since the beginning and became a 24/7 member the day he announce the service. He is a different man than he was 25 years ago.
I remember when he came on the show saying he had been called into an indoctrination session and was being forced to give liberal positions fair time. He had his audience in tears begging him to not give in to the corporate dogs that were forcing this on him. The point is he was very comfortable/believable arguing the liberal/progressive positions.
He is being a perfect nitwit on the Trump issue and he knows it and so do his listeners.
Maybe Trump will have to give him unlimited access to his better courses.

No. The NEVER TRUMPERS are Hillarys best friend. 3rd party runs. Attacks on Trump rather than trying to influence him. Attacks on Trump supporters. Lies about his policies. Whatever influence these NEVER TRUMPERS had are negated with such behavior. People doing this are being tuned out by turned off voters.
