I read this and think they don’t think we knew the Obamanites were lying!? Of course we knew, but no bombs were dropping in our backyard so we went about our business waiting for our Congressional representatives to do their jobs.

Yes, the idea of having the Obama admin negotiate something like this was a non-starter for most thinking individuals, but sadly, not many of those among the GOPe in Washington. It doesn't matter how this was sold in the end as the GOPe would have fallen all over themselves to make it happen.
