Cruz has said insulting things to Trump supporters.
I can't remember Trump attacking the average Cruz supporter. I think Trump exaggerates and claim they are switching to him.
When Trump says "he holds The Bible high", he is implying the Cruz supporters of 2014 & 2015 are switching to Trump.
A lot of these southern voters were originally Cruz supporters in May 2015.
Haven’t heard him personally say anything bad about Cruz supporters. Having said that, many (not all) of his supporters are extremely insulting toward Cruz supporters or toward anybody who isn’t a Trump supporter. Again many, not all.
Trump can’t control the masses.

Cruz supporters started that one. The insults against Trump where fine, but Cruz supporters were called me a fascist, racist, women hater, ect long before I said anything about Cruz supporters. Eventually Trump supporters started firing back just as hard. We're not going to take that crap.
The interesting point is I don't think a lot of Cruz supporters realized how insulting they were being. It's almost like mass autism.

If a Cruz supporter happens to be one of the many protesters in a rally venue, then yes, he insults them. Otherwise, I have never heard him do it.

No, he wouldn’t do that. Cruz thinks nothing of insulting supporters of Trump. So do many surrogates of Cruz like Levin, Beck, and Rush too.
That’s why a lot of these guys are going to have a tough go of it once the primaries are over. They have taken things to a level that cannot be walked back and they never should have done that.
There’s a guy named Vince Coakley here in Upstate SC who I predict won’t last the year in his current radio position due to his unhinged nature in insulting Trump supporters.
I insult Cruzlims daily, but I didn’t start until I got fed up with their condescending ‘Trumpanzee’ bullcrap. Unfortunately, I’ve seen posters I’ve greatly respected here at FR turn into total slimeballs trying to support Ted Cruz. It’s sad.

I’ve listened to a lot of rally speeches and have never heard one word about Cruz supporters. Trump is always very gracious to the “amazing people” across the land and doesn’t discriminate between those who support him and those who don’t. The only ones he ridicules are the protesters who violate the terms of attendance and are escorted out of these private events, and even then it’s in jest and accompanied by requests to the police to “don’t hurt them”. Clearly these are BLM and Bernie supporters not Cruz supporters. (One today had a sign that read “Mama Cass”...wtf?

Not on topic, but the question just occurred to me.
Once we began to fight back, all of a sudden it was that the Trump supporters had started it all, which they absolutely had not!
It was the Cruz supporters who started the whole mangling of Trump's name and worse.
It's the Cruz supporters, here, who FLOOD the site with anti-Trump articles, mostly from THE most leftist site, both American and foreign; not to mention stupid blog posts from nobodies.
I have seen at least as much nastiness from Cruzers to Trumpsters. It’s far from a one way street, and as a former Cruz supporter until January, I’d have to say the Cruzers started and perpetuated it.
