Last weekend, Barack was holding a "Brother's Keeper youth initiative ... to keep men of color out of trouble" at the White House when the ankle bracelet of one of the rappers in attendance went off.
Rick Ross, the "artist" in question, was recently arrested for the second time in a month, this time for kidnapping, aggravated assault, and aggravated battery after pistol-whipping a man working at one of his houses and refusing to let him leave the house.

This 'event' was pre-arranged by the WH. Obama, the outsider, raised in Indonesia and then by his white grandparents in Hawaii, has been pathetically seeking black radical cred since his undergrad college days. Thus his association with Bill Ayers who also always has longed to be a black radical, his affiliation with 'Rev' Wright, his marriage to Mooch Robinson, his adoption of the Chicago ghetto as his political base. He shares nothing with American urban blacks but a certain melonin level and he is acutely aware of it. Whenever he can he tries to bind himself to the gangsta culture the way a pathetic water boy tries to hang with the players on a football team. Obama wanted these thugs at the WH and he wanted everyone to know that they were thugs (thus the prearranged ankle bracelet alarm), and he wants - no, needs - everyone to see him schmoozing with them, to be seen as one of them.
