Obama's threat to the nation's housing providers
Welcome murderers, rapists, and thieves as your tenants or you will face huge monetary penalties, the Obama administration said in a new threat aimed at the nation’s landlords.
Among convicted criminals, only drug dealers and drug manufacturers will be excluded from special protection as tenants under the administration’s novel interpretation of housing law.
Well people rented to YOU didn’t they ‘mutt’??? Your rein is almost over, and there isn’t a True Blooded American that was born and raised here that cannot wait to see you leave, to back Cuba hates you, I was wishing you would be there!!!
...and when that criminal you were forced to rent to is busted for dealing or producing illegal drugs there, you can kiss your rental property good-bye.
Use of credit scores will become all the more entrenched.
And no one else will want to sign up as a landlord for Section 8 vouchers if they can’t exclude the truly violent.
And then get sued when the rapist rapes the woman living in the next apartment because you didn’t protect her. Its a win win for our Litigation Culture.
Being forced to rent to thugs who deal drugs and punch holes in the wall or have bullet holes is not the America I grew up in. There is no common sense, truth, or logic in this man. January 17, 2017 or the day Jesus comes back, whichever comes first, can’t get here fast enough.

Basically anyone who is an owner/landlord will know, if you have a husband and wife or in todays world a boyfriend girlfriend with kids and you sign a lease with them in a particular northeast state they can squat in your house without paying rent for over 2 years or more, destroy the place, present to the court hardships, she is a mom not working her boyfriend left her with the kids(even though he is still living in the house with her) and the icing on the cake if they are minorities blakc and hispanic it is a done deal YOU LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOSE!!!!!This is what the rats have wrought upon us!Now they are forcing the local governments in these nice areas to make available affordable housing for the drug dealers, gangbangers and crime. And you wonder why hillary’s first and only stop in NYC is Harlem?
