He was adopted out by another family so he obviously was raised and fed adequately. I'd disagree on one detail. He's suing a stranger for money he doesn't deserve. He was not raised well.

He is not suing a stranger. He met WS in 1984 after his real mother told him WS was most probably his father and has been in contact with him since.

A DNA test would make it go away, or he would have a new son and he’d get Saul to make a settlement.
