So far, in excess of 2,000 Hillary’s emails have been deemed classified due to the information they contained. They occupy multiple levels of classification, and at least a 100 of them were written by Hillary herself. Yet Hillary is still maintaining that she never sent even one shred of classified material. How is that possible?
As Bret Baier says in the clip below:
“The State Department has redacted and declared 2,101 of your work emails classified - at least at the confidential level. 44 Classified as secret, 22 classified as top secret. So you said at a March press conference in 2015 ‘I did not email any classified material to anyone on my email. There is no classified material.’
Denial to her is just a river in Egypt.
In other news, Hillary told reporters from NBC, CBS, CNN, ABC, and the New York Times that it was really the end of the month instead of the beginning and they dutifully reported it as such...
A month from now will be an announcement for no indictment. The media will all say “See I told you she did nothing wrong”
Who are you going to believe?? me or the FBI with my server?? and my aide who set it up and now has immunity? and those (slowly) leaked e-mails? or that dead Ambassadors e-mails asking for help?? But I still want your vote. You can trust me, honest.
For crying out loud! She was Secretary of State. Most of her official emails were classified at the least!
According to Judge Andrew Napolitano, NOTHING is ever marked “classified”. It is not a term they use. They say “secret, or top secret”. Her statements are meaningless, and the judges says her repeated denials and use of the term “classified” are sure to annoy FBI Director Coomey.

She is still trying to hide behind people (her staff) changing the classification on emails coming to her. Most probably at her direction.

The US Government policy on official government records (which include ANY communication directly associated with her work...is clear.
She is responsible for making sure that those are all protected and properly classified.
It is clear she did not do that.
She has dug herself a deep dark hole.
She is hoping that the Obama administration, because of her position in the campaign, will refuse to indict.
It will not matter if the FBI does the right thing and recommends to indict. Such a recommendation by an Obama appointee at the FBI will, IMHO, finish her.
Is she still claiming she used her private server so she could use only one device?

It doesn’t matter what Clinton says to the public, she is responsible for protecting classified information whether it is marked or not and the people who need to know that most assuredly do.
Geez! She usually says, “None of the emails were marked classified,” so that she is kind of getting closer to the truth in a left-handed sort of way.
forget about asking her about ‘classified’. ask her if she ever sent ‘secret’ or ‘top secret’, SCI or SAP documents and quit pussy-footing around (no pun intended)
She’s basically demanding the open, deliberate collapse of the rule of law, in front of everyone, solely to protect her ass.
Absolute defiance, against an entire country.
Literally in your face, America.

They really need to prosecute the little "Top Secret Determiner Monkey" that resides in every server who will tell you, in the moment, in real time, if the email you are drafting really contains "Top Secret" information or not.
If he was doing his little monkey job, he would have warned Hillary that it appears she is writing about stuff that our enemies, or even friendly allies, shouldn't see.
If the monkey was doing his job in real-time, we wouldn't be talking about how "stuff" can be non-classified when it was created by Hillary, yet instantly classified once it was discovered.
A reporter should ask Hillary why certain emails on her server will be sequestered from public view for 25 years.
Hillary had Special Access Program (SAP) information in her emails. This is the highest level of security and even one leak of data at this level can get one life in prison.
Here is a Major (ret) describing these security classifications. His job was to protect and maintain access to one or two SAP programs. There are very few people that even know this program exists. He wasn’t even allowed to know what is in the SAP that he managed.

Didn’t Judge Nap say the other day that if they are going to give someone ‘immunity’ they are after facts that are going to indite? Maybe not Hillary, but someone else to fall under the bus for her....why can’t it be her, she did it...
