This is an abomination. If he cannot vote, then nobody should be able to.

He can vote. He just needs proper ID. Citizens can vote. Just because you have a military ID does not mean you are a citizen
The Left depends on this sort of ignorance to advance their voter fraud agenda. Other posters have pointed out the multiple remedies available to this gentleman. His niece, a flaming liberal, isn't interested in his ability to vote, she wants to have the political issue.
The Liberal Democrats of the Wisconsin Supreme Court are the most partisan judges in the country, IMO.
