Of course, the Milwaukee Journal. This has been a law for awhile and the dear judge should know that. Those without a license are eligible for a free state ID.

A vet ID should be allowed. I have one and it does have a picture on it. I also have a passport and drivers license so no problem. But a Vet ID should count before all other forms of ID quite frankly.
