What Happened in West Texas? Questions Remain About Judge Scalia’s Death
US Defense Watch ^ | February 17, 2016 | Ray Starmann

The questions surrounding the death of US Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia are enough to keep Lieutenant Columbo busy for ten years. Like the famous fictional detective of yesteryear, the alternate media is busy investigating the strange circumstances of Judge Scalia’s death, much to the chagrin of the mainstream media that has chosen to ignore any evidence that points to a crime, rather than a death by “natural causes.”

The mainstream media is doing its best to bash anyone asking questions, when in fact many of the people who find Scalia’s death suspicious are law enforcement and intelligence personnel.

Let’s take a look at some of the lingering questions concerning Judge Scalia’s death:

Why didn’t a US Supreme Court judge have a detail of US Marshals guarding him? The Cibolo Creek Ranch is in a remote part of West Texas near the Mexican border.

What other security measures were in place at the ranch? Were there private security guards? Was there electronic surveillance equipment? Does the US Government have aerial surveillance footage of the ranch from last weekend?

Why was a pillow over the man’s head? This story has reportedly changed. Mr. Poindexter, the owner of the ranch now claims that the pillow was above Judge Scalia’s head. But, when first asked, Poindexter stated the pillow was over his head. Americans say over the head or on the face to indicate just that. Above, means above.

Why were Judge Scalia’s clothes and the bed seemingly untouched, as if he hadn’t been lying there at all?

Besides Mr. Poindexter, who else was a guest at the ranch last weekend?

Does Mr. Poindexter’s company in Houston have any relationship with the US Government?

Why did Judge Scalia’s son cancel his trip to the Cibolo Creek Ranch at the last moment?

Why did Judge Guevara pronounce Scalia dead of natural causes over the phone?

Why did the Sheriff who telephoned Judge Guevara believe there was no foul play involved? Was the Sheriff authorized to deduce the cause of death?

Why would the Scalia family refuse an autopsy?

Why wasn’t an autopsy ordered by the State of Texas? Even though Texas law states that an autopsy isn’t required, a US Supreme Court Justice died under strange circumstances.

What was the cause of the man’s death? We don’t actually know because there was no autopsy. Reports have stated that it was a heart attack or other natural causes. But, no one knows.

Was Scalia, a devout Catholic, who disagreed with Vatican II and its tenets, cremated as some rumors suggest?

Who benefits from the death of Judge Scalia?

If he was murdered, who did it?

Was Scalia’s death an act of terrorism?

Did ISIS kill Antonin Scalia?

It is up to every American to determine for themselves whether they believe this is a natural death or, in fact, murder.

Until proven otherwise, the evidence points to something quite nefarious in West Texas.

The family of Antonin Scalia have asked people to stop all the questions.

That would require the people asking questions to stop being crazy.

A Supreme Court Justice dies and the decision is do I look at the body to determine cause of death or do I just do it over the phone? Just not believable.

Too bad their wishes will not be respected.

Now they will have years of people wanting to interview them for their books "that will find out the real truth about what happened."

I actually think some of the questions asked are valid and does not make a person crazy because they ask them.

If he was my husband, father or grandfather I would want to know the answers to them so hopefully they got them.

It was read that a doctor had been seen just days before for an inquiry about his shoulder. Which shoulder and what was the complaint? The doctor informed that the Justice was too weak for surgery. Weakened due to a heart condition? Shoulder was injured? If no surgery, what alternative was given to remedy the complaint? If Scalia had been on a statin for high cholesterol, that might have been the cause of the pain in the shoulder muscle. But perhaps it was not his shoulder but rather the area near the shoulder, the left side of his chest and not his shoulder but his heart. Just a few questions from an inquiring mind. TPTB (government and family) leave a country in shock, disbelief, and prone to wild ideas. It is possibly tin foil hat time. Make mine red tin foil and add a feather please.

Son, Eugene, spoke to the press and said family was disturbed by the conspiracy theories. He was also very concerned with how his mother would take it.

I suppose we ought to honor the family's wishes, but when it's a public figure of such stature, it goes with the territory, and as long as the press publishes more articles, it won't go away.

It will probably never go away. As long as people have memory of it or knowledge from reading about it.

I don’t find it at all usual to sleep with a pillow over my head, especially when sleeping at a hotel or resort. Their pillows are way to thick for me and I end up with my head on the mattress with the pillow propped up.

Which questions, exactly, do you think are crazy?

If this traditional Catholic was cremated as speculated here then this is the end of the road investigation wise, but why would a very traditional catholic go where very traditional catholics don’t go and was traditionally FORBIDDEN?

He probably hurt his shoulder hunting on his previous trip. Which explains why he did not hunt while in TX.

“Garner said his most recent conversation with Scalia was on Wednesday morning, when the justice told him, “’The world of tennis has lost a great competitor.’” Scalia, long an avid tennis player, said he had torn his rotator cuff for a second time and that his playing days likely were over, Garner said.”

The Rat who found the body changed his story after people started asking questions. Now, everyone wants people to drop the issue. I don’t think he was murdered, but they (I include both sides of the political spectrum) seem to want us to think he was.

Of course Scalia was murdered.

It would have been EASY to have it look OTHERWISE.

But they didn’t.

Why??? hmmm — Hint Hint

The first morning, he woke up with an unfamiliar pillow on his bed. He didn't agree to the left's offer he couldn't refuse (the way Chief Justice Roberts did) so the second morning, a different pillow was on his head.

[Okay, I totally made that up, more for entertainment than out of a sincere belief. Would Obama and his minions really kill the most brilliant person alive just for political gain? Dumb question. Any Obama supporter would kill as many people as necessary, 25 million people or more without any qualms, to advance communism.]

A gardening mistake did it. "The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time . . ." We failed to refresh that tree, so far.

From a truth and story standpoint I suppose it matters to some the how and potential why he died, but from a reality standpoint it makes no sense to spend even a millisecond on the issue. He is dead, and now reality is, the Republic is in danger. Of that there is no doubt. Citizens United, could be repealed, the second amendment is in more danger, what comes after, same sex marriage in the list of moral depravity waiting in the wings of scotus? So many questions, so few answers.
