Maybe 6 months from now they can nominate Scalia's son.
Scalia's son on SCOTUS makes more sense than Jeb or Clinton running for President. It makes more sense than having Harry Reid's family run for office everywhere.
Why on earth would they consider his son? I know nothing about him, but if he was anything like his father was that would be the last thing the left wants. So why would Reid, Bush, and Obama consider this move? (What does Jeb have to do with anything, anyways?)
Furthermore, why would *we* consider his son? As if this country doesn’t already have a political dynasty problem. It is foolish to assume that just because he is Scalia’s son that he will actually be anything like Scalia was if and when he made it to the SCOTUS.

Well-posted. Thank you. The Founding Fathers fought to stop the hereditary accumulation of political power. They were right then and they are right now.
The correct response to the actions to be taken as a result of Justice Scalia’s death is: There is no way in Cowboy Hell we, the majority in the US Senate, will allow the Muslim Obama to pick another Supreme Court Justice. It is out of the question, emphatically. Go suck an rotten egg, Demorats.
There should be NO nepotism in the U.S. gubmint.
