There is no indication at this point that Mohamed Barry had any connection with the Islamic State, but one of their goals is to overwhelm American law enforcement and intelligence agencies with so many jihad plots and jihad attacks and suspected jihadis that they will not be able to keep up, and will collapse from the strain. The fact that "the FBI was looking at Barry for expressing radical Islamic views four years ago" but "moved on from him in their investigation" indicates that this might not be very difficult to do.

Seems like all the murderous Muzzies committing acts of terror have been “on the FBI’s RADAR” - what’s that say about those who “protect” us? More likely to be murdered by the FBI than protected by them these days....
Starting on 9/12/01 all non-citizen Muslims should have been deported and all citizens Muslims put under surveillance. He was one the radar but no one was watching the scope.
