Has anyone else noticed that there has never been a terrorist attack against the ACLU or UN?

The general in charge of the military prison system in Iraq during Abu grab was removed from her command, found guilt of negligence for never visiting and ignoring issues the prision, demoted to COL, and retired. It was not that she got 10 years in prision as the perps, but she her actions did reflect badly on the military just the same and got canned for it.
