I have made the tough decisions, always with an eye toward the bottom line.
Perhaps it's time America was run like a business.

Is there not a spark of cognitive dissonance in DT’s fans’ neural knots to give them pause?

It’s pure emotion at this point, likely on both sides.
Hopefully they will wake up and see the cowardly charlatan for who he is before they make the mistake of voting for a liberal in hiding like Mr. Trump

Out of curiosity, what questions or criticisms of Trump are and are not acceptable?
1. He has taken many Leftist positions from healthcare to abortion and this brings up a question of authenticity on each particular position
2. His 180 turns might be of questionable sincerity or indicate that his positions are not deeply held
3. He appears petty to many people
4. His level of egotism is a turnoff to many people who aren’t used to the over-the-top sports fanatic world, so is he electable
5. His warm and toasty remarks concerning Pelosi, Schumer, and Reid are alarming to people who think that he is telling the truth in this instance and will compromise away the farm
6. His lifelong connections with the establishment of both parties seems like a questionable qualify for being outside the establishment
7. His remarks on abortion continue to be the Clinton line of the 1990s, which was personally opposed but pro-choice
So in short, can Trump’s positions, demeanor, and capabilities be questioned without it being a personal insult to his supporters?

Clearly, the presentation of verifiable facts concerning a candidate is now counter to the rules of a candidate's "Ministry of Propaganda". I remember a time when you could post invective-free opinions (heck, even opinions *with* invective, as long as they weren't profane) here on Free Republic without wondering if you were risking the "Digital Gulag". Great job!! Some of Trump's more "passionate" supporters here on FR are representing him atrociously.

This brings up an interesting and revealing point. Due to corruption in government, Trump had to pay to play. Now that he wants a place in the government power structure, the people that he supported are not only not supporting him, but throwing every obstacle in his way. After all these years, after all that money spent. Why? Because they know he knows the game and their corruption and chooses to expose it.

Let me see if I can understand the language of "Trump Supporters" -- Because you lack the ability to dispute known facts about your candidate, it's *my* "panties that are in a bunch"? Your guy is the one running from a girl because she hurt his feelings. If you had the capacity for intellectual honesty, you'd no doubt realize your meme is actually more fitting for the all too common responses from Trump supporters. Case in point:
