Betsy has it wrong. Talk radio is not GETTING ON Trump for finally campaigning against Cruz. They are on his case because of Trump’s petty playground bully nastiness and his obvious willingness to try to win regardless of the costs.
So he can end up more like RR instead of like The Body and The Terminator.

“I’m paying for this microphone” happened because Bush wanted to exclude the other candidates and go one-on-one with Reagan, whose policy positions included what Bush called “voodoo economics”.

Depends on how you measure what a conservative is. If it is whatever Trump says this week, well then Ted Cruz and Mark Levin are not that kind of conservative.

Cruz switched his position the NSA spying of all Americans right before the last debate. So Cruz was siding with the Establishment.
Last time I checked Trump wanted to build a wall and Cruz did not. Cruz once again siding with the Establishment.
Trump wants to renegotiate the rigid trade deals with China and Mexico to bring jobs back to America. Cruz does not want this and sides with the Establishment by passing the TPA that gives the President the fast track.
So we have three different instances where Cruz is siding with the Establishment AGAINST the American People.
Oh but you still think Cruz is the “real conservative”. LOL!
It’s not conservative to have Crony Capitalism, ignore the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights or be in favor of a police state.
This site used to be a refuge to get away from the liberals and establishment big government cronies and for god fearing, liberty loving, fiscal and moral conservatives to fellowship and to discuss issues and to work towards moving America back to its Constitutional and moral roots.

It almost looks like Trump sees that he’s running out of steam with conservatives, so its time look to the other side to get him through.
Trump is the candidate who favors a police state. Cruz is somewhere between Trump andoes Rand Paul on that issue.
It’s your choice and your right to do as you deem necessary. But I’d like to see supporters of
any candidate stay above the name calling, etc. We all have different pocesses of selecting
the candidate we want to support and let’s respect that as individuals.
