Conservative talk-radio stars gleefully watched as The Donald rubbed everyone in media and Republican circles the wrong way. But now that he's turned his fire on Cruz, they're picking sides--and it's not Trump's.
In a gentler, tenderer age--an age long gone--Donald Trump brought talk radio hosts together.
These were the simple, balmy days of last summer, when radio talkers agreed that even Trump performed an invaluable public service by driving national media and the Republican establishment totally out of their minds. But those days are gone....

“Conservatives” back Trump because they have thrown judgement out the window. He expresses their anger and that’s enough.
What he says? Don’t care. Single Payer? Don’t care.
Ethanol Subsidies? Don’t care. Lauds Planned Parenthood (until he found out that wasn’t a conservative position).Don’t care?
On and on it goes.
The Left voted for a skin color.
Now the Right is voting on anger.
Both show an incredible lack of judgement.
So we’re probably screwed again.

I wish Trump/Cruz would compliment each other a little. After all, they’re logical running mates....and theoretically playing for the same team(?)
Dear The Donald: I knew Ronald Reagan and you sir are no RR. You need to take a crash course on the Constitution from Levin and and a course in debate logic from Ted Cruz.
You’re right. It is an emotional reaction to someone they think is saying what they want to hear.
They refuse to look at his history and the fact that nothing he says is said with honest conviction.
It’s all an act and everyone is falling for it.
If Trump wants to be President he is going to need conservatives. All he is doing now is burning bridges. I like him less every day.
And what you want is just another rerun of lifetime politician. No thanks. Cruz is not top gun quality.

Neither Levin nor Cruz has anything to teach Donald. When they get up to his level through hard work and wise decisions, maybe...just maybe, they might find something to say. until then, they’re just political hacks!

It's the exact opposite. Cruzbot scum have proven that they'll tear apart anyone who questions Ted Cruz, but won't bother to wonder what it means when Ted Cruz calls legalization of illegals "common sense" immigration reform.
Cruz's lies are apparent to anyone willing to look, but the nasty, repulsive TDSers, whether on this site or in the nasty, dank corners of talk radio, are convinced of their own personal holiness that they won't admit they've been conned by a slick, Canadian Cuban.
