A Dictator Trump, if benign, is our only hope for salvation.
A President Trump would be bound by his own sense of propriety if not by the Constitution. The current Dictator, Obama, operates without any regard for propriety or the Constitution.
A Dictator Trump would excel a President Trump because a Dictator Trump would assume the powers of an Obama, but would use them for good rather than evil, i.e. to deconstruct the mammoth blood-sucking Administrative State evermore crushing our nation.

I think it`s, at best, a back handed compliment, at worst, an outright attack. It seems to imply that he is or would be the kind that would be a dictator, given power. I don`t see that in him, while no angel, he is no OBozo the ass-clown tyrant.
