Well, Howie, I’m not planning to get a “gun permit”, since no such thing is necessary in this state, and I don’t plan to go to another any time soon.

The Feds have been buying .223 (completely different caliber) a couple million rounds at a time. Almost makes you think they’re getting ready for something.

That might be the caliber he was referring too.

Notice I phrased it in my original post as "22 something".

Had he said 22 long, or 22 long rifle, I would have known what he meant.
I'm not familiar with .223 caliper. -Tom

Do any of these Obama voters get their weapons at gun shows?

They go to Eddie Coyle.

When you said “pistol” I assumed .22LR. There are not many pistols chambered for .223. They exist, they’re just not common.

.223, or 5.56mm NATO, are used in most of the AR-15 rifles sold in the US.

Best,

L

Bring in shape is a good idea regardless.

I’ll be 65 on my next birthday. I may be killed by the bad guys, but I’ll never be defeated by them.

I can't take Howie Carr too seriously and listen less and less. His co hosts and sidekicks are either liberals or fools. His producer Sandy is a Hillary fan. VB voted for Obama. And the worst is Dave Hunt who voted for Obama and says he wants Kasich and will even write him in if Trump is the republican candidate.

“If you don’t have a gun permit, get one.”

IMHO, we are 180 degrees off. Expensive, temporary and discretionary gun permits are for felons on probation. The rest of us have the full rights and civil responsibilities of the second amendment.

Obama, Holder, Lynch et al. have zero interest in enforcing the existing gun statutes because they're violated in large measure by illegal aliens, gangbangers, drive - by shooters, street muggers and fifth-generation welfare layabouts - in other words, the core constituencies of the Democratic Party. Do any of these Obama voters get their weapons at gun shows? If you've ever been to a gun show, you damn well know the answer to that question.

Obama has been planning his post Presidential plans.

He has already said he wishes to go back to his roots as a community organizer after he leaves office.

He and his allies like George Soros are spending massive amounts of money, much of it US taxpayer dollars, to build a grass roots, direct action, group of in your face protesters, thugs, rioters and domestic terrorists to be his new wave Rainbow Shirt version of the Nazi Party's 1920s and 30s Brown Shirts street brawlers who fought the opposition and pushed Hitler into power.

Obama knows that after he leaves office the whole unsustainable house of cards he has built to shield the American people from the consequences of his disastrous policies is going to collapse and leave the country in serious trouble.

He wants to have his Rainbow Shirts organized and ready to commit mayhem and create chaos for his own personal Rainbow Putsch against America when that happens.

Remember, Obama advised and assisted his cousin inKenya do exactly the same thing when his cousin lost an election and tried to overturn the election and seize power by organizing a street putsch

You are quite right, the 0bamas, the Soros' and all of Freedom's other enemies think they are the "Ones" whose time has finally arrived.

Unfortunately for them and fortunately for us, they underestimate America's 2nd Amendment.

It will be their downfall.

I am doing my part. I’ve bought 3 new S&W revolvers in the last 90 days.

That's a great start. This guy started about 15 years ago.

1911 are OK if you are young enough to chase the brass.
